• Zevela provides personal wardrobe management and outfit suggestions.
• You own the content you upload; it is processed only to provide the service to you.
• Uploading inappropriate content, content that belongs to someone else, or non-clothing content may lead to account termination.
• Subscriptions and coin purchases are managed in the app; you can cancel anytime.
• The service is provided "as is"; suggestions are recommendations only.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service; your birth year is asked at sign-up.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Coin packs are digital content and are credited to your account immediately after purchase. By confirming the purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; reg. 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Prices and coin costs

The price of coin packs and the coin cost of features may be updated as AI provider fees and exchange rates change. Any change is announced in the app before it takes effect. The NUMBER of coins you bought is always preserved and never expires; what may change is how many coins a feature costs. Current coin costs are shown on screen before you use a feature.
